Surgeon Simulator 2 Giveaway - Bossa Supports the Surgeons

Bossa Studios (Surgeon Simulator, I Am Bread) are doing something I'll e'er exist in favour of. What is that? Well, that's supporting key workers. I'm glad you lot asked.
